This program is designed to harmonize UP Diliman employees' understanding and appreciation of existing and new University requirements and processes related to human resource matters. The goal is to obtain an efficient and effective service delivery to our employees in the new normal. This program is intended for Unit Heads and Unit Administrative Officers/Acting Administrative Officers.
