LINANG aims to strengthen relationships, social responsibility, and quality work among employees. The program equips participants with essential knowledge, attitudes, and skills to enhance professional expertise and effective service delivery.

Refers to the emotional commitment and involvement of employees in their work and the organization they work for.

EXTERNAL TRAININGS

Involves creating a supportive and conducive work environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance, addresses stress, and ensures the overall welfare of employees

Online programs include self-paced learning platform thru the OPEN UP and a compilation of  digital learning modules provided by external platforms thru the Learning Capsules.

Contains list of numerous training programs from both UP and Non-UP learning institutions. Training delivery mode varies on the program.
