Mga Serye ng Pagsasanay para sa Pagpapaunlad ng Paglilingkod sa Pamantasan at Bayan
The program represents a strategic professional development initiative conceived by the University of the Philippines to systematically enhance organizational effectiveness and individual professional capabilities. Anchored in the university's foundation of "Honor and Excellence in the Service of the Nation," this comprehensive series of sessions is methodically structured across three critical intervention modules designed to address key organizational development imperatives.
The first run of LINANG in UP Diliman focused on developing 39 trainers and advocates. Several experts from the Office of the Vice President for Administration (OVPA) and UPD were invited to share their expertise in different provided modules.
LINANG aims to create a more cohesive, skilled, and mission-driven workplace. It also aims to improve both individual skills and overall organizational performance. By focusing on professional development from multiple angles, the program helps create a workplace that is more adaptable, productive, and aligned with the institution's core mission. Its comprehensive approach recognizes that employee growth, team interactions, and organizational goals are closely linked, ultimately fostering a more effective and cohesive work environment.
