ORIENTATION FOR NEW EMPLOYEES
SIBOL is an Onboarding Program for UP Diliman Employees which includes positions with administrative and research functions such as REPS, Administrative Personnel and Faculty Administrators. The program aims to familiarize new employees with the vision, mission, and culture of the University. Part of this onboarding program is an orientation for newly hired UP employees that aims to introduce them to the university and its culture. As an organization that we know could offer benefits to UP employees, we would appreciate your participation and contribution to this program so we can work together to guide the new employees in their UP journey.
The program's comprehensive structure reflected its ambitious objectives: familiarizing new employees with the university's ecosystem, establishing strong connections with support services, and ensuring a thorough understanding of both university-provided and government-mandated benefits. This thoughtful integration of virtual and physical elements, combined with the participation of numerous internal and external organizations, demonstrated UP Diliman's commitment to providing new employees with a solid foundation for their careers within the university system.
