Our first webinar of Consultative Dialogue on Administrative Policies, Documentary Requirements, and Processes together with the Supply and Property Management Office was held last March 1, 2024.
During the session, the following SPMO members : Mr. Lyle Ronald Yap, Ms. Aileen Christ Abella, Ms. Dymphna Cruz, and Mr. Roy Ileto highlighted their section's milestones and improvements over the years, including the transition from manual to automated document requirements, shorter policy turnaround times, and the digitalization of processes through various portals.
Two participants, Ms. Manelhen from NIMBB and Ms. Victoria from CSSP shared their positive testimonials about their experiences with SPMO customer service.
The session also provided participants with the opportunity to raise concerns and questions through an open dialogue, with responses provided live by Mr. Bayani Cantada, Mr. Ronel Clariza, and Mr. Cenon Esguerra, section heads and representatives of different sections within SPMO.
Participants expressed their support for SPMO and committed to monitoring their unit's supplies inventory, recognizing the importance of collaboration with SPMO.
The session concluded with a synthesis of key points from Ms. Ronamae Querijero and closing remarks from Atty. Rachel A. Locsin, director of SPMO, reaffirming the team's dedication to improving service quality and efficiency.
The goal of this consultative dialogue is to develop an open communication between the end user and management of each OVCA unit.
