Sibol serves as HRDO's primary onboarding program for its new employees. The program is derived from the Tagalog term which means to grow or to develop. The program aims to introduce new employees with the University's policies, benefits, and culture. It also aims to guide the employees with useful knowledge and skills needed for their first year of tenure.
