UPD & UPLB HR Benchmarking Activity

𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬: 𝐔𝐏𝐃 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐏𝐋𝐁 𝐜𝐨π₯π₯πšπ›π¨π«πšπ­πž 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐑 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐑𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐀𝐒𝐧𝐠 π€πœπ­π’π―π’π­π² 🀝✨


In a collaborative effort to enhance our Human Resource (HR) practices, the University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD) and the University of the Philippines Los BaΓ±os (UPLB) recently conducted a benchmarking activity on the 6th of February 2024.


The focus of this benchmarking activity was on the following key HR areas: conducting psychological assessments and exit interviews, Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Leave administration and Benefits.


Representatives from both Constituent Universities and respective HR divisions/sections as well as representatives from UP System Administration and UP Mindanao gathered to share insights, exchange best practices, and explore innovative approaches that will elevate their HR functions.


This benchmarking activity serves as a testament to the commitment of the University towards continuous improvement to cultivate HR excellence.
