Reminder for the Submission of the Unit/Cluster HRC Composition, Accomplished Action Plan, & Data Pertaining to Unit Learning and Development

ATTENTION: UP DILIMAN UNITS/CLUSTERS

This is a reminder to all units regarding the submission of the following:

The composition of your Unit/Cluster HRC should be sent to the HRDO email address at hrdo.updiliman@up.edu.ph, with a cc to scholarship_hrdo.upd@up.edu.ph.

The action plan and data pertaining to unit learning and development:

1. Unit Annual L&D Plan

2. External Training Database

3. PWD/Senior Citizen/Solo Parent (PSS) information

4. PSS Program (fill up the gform : bit.ly/pss-programs)

should be submitted by filling out the Google form available at this link: bit.ly/2024unitld-submit.

Please submit these documents on or before 1 October 2024.
